Lay Responder Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED Instructor Course

1. Before registering for this class, have your company representative (established companies only—no individuals please) contact Sheila Thomas at (740) 272-7562 Ext: 115 and set up an appointment to discuss the contractual requirements and investment costs for the Authorized Provider (“Train-the-Trainer”) program.

2. Student level certificates for Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED and First AId are strongly recommended.

3. Participants are required to obtain and retain a personal copy of the participant level materials and bring them to each class.

4. Participants are required to attend all three days of training.

To register an individual for this course in-person - visit our local office at 380 Hills-Miller Rd. Delaware, Ohio 43015 between the hours of 9:00am- 5:00pm Monday - Friday.

Refund Policy: No call to cancel or no show to class will result in no refund. Please register at least 3 business days in advance to secure a seat in class. Class sizes are limited so please call in and cancel 3 business days in advance if you are unable to attend. If you call and cancel there will be a $5.00 administrative fee that will not be refunded. We have a one time cancellation policy that if you call and cancel you may register into a different class with an additional $5.00 fee. Second cancellation will require full class fee. If the American Red Cross cancels class due to lack of participation or instructor emergency, you may register to a new date with the one time cancellation policy, no additional fee will be charged to you.
