Get ready for the 2009 Heroes Breakfast!

     Nominations are being accepted for the 2009 Delaware County Heroes Breakfast now through October 19, 2009. The Heroes Breakfast will be in November 2009.

     Eight heroes who either live or work in Delaware County will be recognized in the following categories: Public Safety Hero, Senior Adult Hero, Work Place Hero, Military Hero, Education Hero, Health Care Hero, Community Hero and Youth Hero.

     Criteria: Must meet at least one of the following:

1. One who risks their own life to save another

2. One who is completely selfless in own actions working with and for others

3. One whose life and actions are an inspiration to others

4. One whose actions go above and beyond expectations with helping others in difficult times
